Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CE Clear LLC (“CE Clear,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit ceclear.ai (the “site”).

It covers this website only. Content and data that customers provide to the CE Clear platform are governed by our agreement with that customer, not by this policy.

The short version

• The site has no sign-up, forms, or accounts.
• We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn’t use cookies or identify you.
• We don’t use cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking.
• We don’t sell or rent personal information.

Information we collect

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. These logs are used to operate the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, from our hosting provider, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which sites referred visitors, and general information such as country, browser, and device type. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn’t identify individual visitors or follow them across other websites. We see only aggregate counts.

Performance. We use Vercel Speed Insights, also from our hosting provider, to measure how quickly pages load and respond, along with the page, browser, device type, and country. Like our analytics, it doesn’t use cookies or identify you, and we see only aggregate measurements.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to you and to manage our business relationship with you.

We do not collect consumer health data through this site, including as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act.

Third-party services

The site links to services run by other companies. When you use them, their privacy policies apply, not ours:

• Calendly, which we use to schedule calls. Our booking page shows Calendly’s scheduler, which loads from Calendly when you open that page. If you book a meeting, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name and email address) and shares them with us so we can meet with you.
• LinkedIn, where our founders’ profiles are hosted.

How we share information

We share personal information only:

• With service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, email, and scheduling providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CE Clear, our customers, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@ceclear.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
